This is The Punisher. It won't hurt you, but it sure looks like it wants to. It is a pen that was hand-turned using curly maple. The skull has 2 red jewels for eyes. There is also one at the top of the clip. It accepts Parker pen ink refills. They are inexpensive and widely-available. The ink is black and the pen is awesome. This pen is very beefy and heavy.
